History

In 2007 the School of Facilitating was founded by Markus Püttmann, Barbara Zuber, Christian von Oppen, Renate Franke and Karin Beutelschmidt (from left to right).

The school evolved from a think tank whose work is based on Theory U and has the objective of establishing facilitating as an attitude and craft for designing and empowering successful change processes at the personal level as well as at the organizational level.

We stand for joyful cooperation.

We believe that people wish to do their best.

We love to get things going and create flow, especially leading out of what feels like a dead end.
